"We’re delighted that Sparks has been chosen as the benefiting charity of this year’s Marylebone Christmas Lights switch-on.

Christmas, of course, is such a wonderful, magical time for children. But it is also a time when many children and their families will have to share the joy of the festive season with fighting painful and sometimes life-threatening conditions.

As parents and co-presidents of Sparks, we’re proud of the charity’s track record in funding vital, pioneering medical research into childhood cancer, cystic fibrosis, spina bifida, juvenile arthritis, the many dangers associated with premature birth and much, much more.

Traditionally, Sparks is a charity that also believes in having fun in the way we raise the money to fund our mission of helping all babies to be born healthy and grow up healthy.

The Marylebone Christmas Lights ceremony certainly fits in with that spirit perfectly.
