On Sunday 19 June, Duvel Moortgat and Marylebone’s Cafe Luc are joining forces at the Marylebone Summer Fayre in support of the Teenage Cancer Trust.
The one-day-only Marylebone Summer Fayre 2011 is open from 10am-5pm in Marylebone Village, London, W1. Located on the upper part of Marylebone High Street, Cafe Luc is a stylish brassiere with a classic menu that hosts French and Belgian dishes. Bringing a Belgian theme to the vibrant all-day brasserie, Cafe Luc will be serving Duvel Moortgat’s beers with a variety of mussel dishes to raise money for the charity, with mussels marinated in Duvel 8.5% beer; Moules Marinières, and Moules au Safron.
The Duvel Moortgat team will be on hand with samples of their speciality Belgian beers including golden ale, Duvel 8.5%; edgy premium pilsner, Vedett Extra Blond; Liefmans fruit beers; Maredsous - from recipes of the Benedictine monks of that Abbey; and the artisanal blonde beer, La Chouffe. Paella originated in Valencia, where peasant men and women working in rice field looked to the Mediterranean Sea and the fertile lands for other ingredient to mix with the rice. Thus paella was born, cooked in large shallow pan.
An excellent choice for outdoor cooking, the paella is cooked with rice, vegetables i.e. butter beans, peas, green beans, peppers, onions with a preference of chicken, seafood, rabbit or mixture of all and so on by using Spanish spices like saffron, sweet or smoked paprika. Paellas will differ from region to region in Spain.

They are set on becoming business partners in later life and starting up their own business after studying relevant courses at university.
