Hilary will prepare simple but special summer lunches with a good salad, fresh cheese and a delicious loaf of bread.
Throughout the morning you will learn to make classic doughs and turn them into culinary surprises such as Ciabatta stuffed with ricotta, aubergine and basil, Pissaladiere and a Rustic sunflower seed loaf.
At the end of the class sit down with a glass of wine to a summer lunch of your own making.
