Fresh, light, healthy Lebanese food, served in a colourful, informal canteen setting. Dishes are designed for sharing—enjoy Middle Eastern classics such as falafel, fataya (stuffed vine leaves), man’oucha (flatbreads with a range of savoury toppings) and tabbouleh (a zesty salad of finely chopped herbs, bulgar wheat and lime). Drinks include refreshing mint tea and a selection of fresh juices, while those in search of a treat can enjoy a lovely selection of baklawa pastries, packed with honey and pistachio.
