Luxury shoe brand Oliver Sweeney has a ‘cobbler-in-chief’ whose family has been in the trade for generations, and a pioneering last which mimics the human foot to precise proportions. The brand follows in the technical footsteps of Le Marche in Italy, a region renowned for its shoe-making tradition, and it has used the same family-run factory to produce its footwear ever since it was founded, in 1989.
