Limor will be the driving force behind the menu at Delamina, drawing on her eclectic heritage—she was born in Tel Aviv to a family of Russian and Iranian origins—and inspired by her father who, during her childhood, was a passionate cook and exposed her to the myriad flavours, herbs and spices of the region. Limor’s recipes are influenced by her interest in healthy eating—grilling, roasting and using herbs and spices to celebrate the raw ingredients, including many vegetarian dishes. Her self-taught and intuitive approach results in dishes that are wholesome and healthy, with unique flavour combinations.

Delamina will have approx. 80 covers. The interior design reflects the owners’ love of organic materials, found objects and collectables, alongside lots of greenery. The ground floor will be bright and airy, making the most of the large windows and natural light, with outside seating on lovely Marylebone Lane. Diners on the lower ground floor will enjoy the theatre of the semi-open kitchen, and a design that evokes a terrace by the Mediterranean. There will also be a private dining area for up to 10 guests.
