Established in Marylebone Village for over 20 years, the founders of this Italian restaurant have also written several inspirational cook books. It was when the family discovered that Giancarlo Caldesi had type 2 diabetes, that Katie Caldesi transformed the family diet - creating healthy recipes for them all to eat and enjoy. Their latest publication, ‘The Reverse Your Diabetes Cookbook’, is full of tasty dishes with that wonderful Italian touch, which you will not only love to eat but to cook as well. Check out their cookbooks here.
Natural Kitchen
We can't wait to return to this buzzy organic retailer that has had its flagship store in Marylebone for 10 years. But, in the meantime, The Natural Kitchen has compiled an ‘A-Z of Superfoods’ on their Instagram page, that has been overseen by top nutritionist, Fernanda Nadaline. Starting with avocado, discover the benefits of a different ingredient every week. For instance, did you know that honey contains important antioxidants and acts as a natural cough suppressant? Food knowledge is strength, naturally.

To encourage their followers to stick to a healthy lifestyle, Sweaty Betty is also posting delicious, easy recipes. Check out their IGTV and discover a new family-friendly breakfast recipe that can be prepped ahead of time.
