Created by the brasserie’s talented bar team, from Monday, 26 October to Saturday, 31 October guests can treat themselves to not one, but two limited–edition Halloween cocktails.The Pumpkin Spiced Latte will feature Bacardi spiced rum, Monin pumpkin spice syrup, a splash of almond milk, and a toasted marshmallow and cinnamon stick garnish, as well as a Toffee Apple Martini incorporating Bacardi spiced rum, Calvados liqueur, caramel sauce and apple juice.

The Cavendish
(Maker's Mark, bergamot, orange, lemon & egg white)

The Rupert at The Cavendish is a twist on a whiskey sour, featuring Maker's Mark bourbon shaken with bergamot, orange, lemon and egg white, served on the rocks. The Cavendish named this cocktail after a regular customer’s dog who everyone knows and loves; a 14-year old energetic Pomeranian cross that looks like a little teddy bear. Just like Rupert the dog, it's a timeless classic that gets better with age.
