Pedestrianisation of Marylebone Lane

Enjoy extra space and freedom to socialise safely when you return to Marylebone Village.

We are excited to announce that from 12th April, The Howard de Walden Estate in conjunction with Westminster City Council are embarking upon a timed pedestrianisation of Marylebone Lane. This will take place for an initial one month period (until 16th May) and will run from Bentinck Street to Marylebone High Street, 5pm to 10pm Monday to Wednesday, and 12pm to 10pm Thursday to Saturday.

During this time, access will be maintained for emergency vehicles and residents parking within the area, and the East/West streets of Bulstrode Street and Bentick Street will still be open to traffic.

Following the long closure due to lockdown restrictions, we hope that the pedestrianisation period provides extra space and freedom for you to return to Marylebone Village safely. We can’t wait to welcome you back to one of London’s most picturesque neighbourhoods!
