• City Music Foundation summer residency
    A week of lunchtime recitals

    22nd-26th July 2019
    The Wallace Collection

The City Music Foundation (CMF) supports exceptional young musicians by equipping them with the tools to turn their talents into professional success. For the fourth year in a row, the Foundation will return to The Wallace Collection for a five-day residency of lunchtime recitals, including a children’s concert and a performance for dementia sufferers. The week will culminate in an evening of chamber music and song centred on Schubert’s Trout Quintet, with performances from three CMF artists—Helen Charlston, mezzo-soprano; the Eblana String Trio; and Toby Hughes, double bass—in collaboration with guest performer and celebrated pianist Sholto Kynoch.
