Cavita encompasses food traditions from all over Mexico, from the capital, where Adriana was born, across to Oaxaca and the Yucatan. In the restaurant’s basement you can find El Bar de Cavita, a secret mezcal bar serving signature cocktails including the Cavita Margarita and a huge range of sipping mezcals. Both the restaurant and bar are now open for bookings at 56 Wigmore Street.
