Learn to cook like a true Italian with expert teachers at La Cucina Caldesi Cookery School in their little corner of Italy in Marylebone Village.

More than 20 years ago, Giancarlo and Katie taught friends and guests how to make fresh pasta in their restaurant. It proved so popular they established La Cucina Caldesi, a purpose-built cookery school open 7 days a week and have since been running their 3 restaurants, the cookery schools and have written over 15 cookbooks.

They now run regional Italian cookery courses ranging from fresh pasta making to mastering the art of risotto, from cooking with fish and shellfish to making the most of the Italian vegetable garden. They also offer a range of courses focussing on low-carb and gluten-free eating and from time to time run courses exploring other international cuisines.

Select from their day or evening cookery classes or arrange your own bespoke individual or group event. Their venue is also available for private dining or day hire.
