Founded in 2019 in Marylebone, they began at local food markets before growing through delivery and events catering, eventually opening their first shop at St Christopher's Place in 2021. They have since relocated to Weymouth Street in Marylebone Village. All ice creams and desserts are made in-house, with a commitment to using no artificial flavours, colourants or preservatives. Their ice cream is known for its thick, rich texture and a range of distinctive flavours. The most popular is the traditional Achta — a milky, delicately floral flavour made with orange blossom water. Alongside familiar options like Vanilla, Chocolate, Caramel and Strawberry, each carries its own Lebanese twist. Festok means pistachio in Arabic, and their signature pistachio coating — generously applied to cups, cones and desserts alike — has become something of a trademark.
Their dessert menu is equally celebrated, featuring classics like Kunafa and Baklava served with ice cream, with recent additions including a Sticky Toffee Pudding and a sugar-free Chocolate & Almond Cake. On the drinks side, their viral hot chocolate — topped with house-made whipped cream and candy floss — has earned a devoted following, alongside Sahlab, a traditional Lebanese warm milk drink finished with ground cinnamon and coffee.
