The expert butchers of The Ginger Pig prepare and sell quality meat from a small community of like minded farmers.

For many years The Ginger Pig had their own farm in North Yorkshire but made the decision that it would be more sustainable to support a small network of like minded farmers to produce meat for the shops. Founder, Tim Wilson, spent many years building these relationships, many of whom are old friends of his. The shop offers a hugely popular range of pickles, pies, sausages, pates, terrines and the most ridiculously large and succulent sausage rolls ever made, plus a daily-changing selection of menus to take home.
