For many years, The Ginger Pig had their own farm in North Yorkshire but made the decision that it would be more sustainable to support a small network of like-minded farmers to produce meat for the shops. Founder Tim Wilson spent many years building these relationships, many of whom are old friends of his. The shop offers a hugely popular range of pickles, pies, sausages, pates, terrines and the most ridiculously large and succulent sausage rolls ever made, plus a daily-changing selection of menus to take home.
