After a recent pub refurbishment great care was taken to preserve the remaining original features and thankfully many of the majolica wall tiles, original etched mirrors and the beautiful half stained glass windows depicting the words “Fine Wines” & “English Country Ales” still maintain the ambiance of a traditional Victorian pub.With two open fires it is one of the best places to be on those cold winter nights!
