How do you qualify for the Privilege Card?

To qualify for the Privilege Card, you must live or work within the surrounding area of Marylebone Village.


I work for a brand who would like to join the Privilege Card. How do I do this?

I have lost my physical card. Can I get a new one?

You can collect a replacement card from 23 Queen Anne St, London, W1G 9DL from 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.


Where can I get discounts?

You can find all participating brands and their discounts offered on the ‘Participating Outlets’ page of the Marylebone Village site. This page is regularly updated.


Is there an app?

We do not currently have an app, however, once accepted you are able to download your digital pass that will sit in your phone wallet.


Where can I collect my physical card?

You can collect your card from 23 Queen Anne St, London, W1G 9DL from 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.


I am a local worker within the catchment area but I have been rejected. Why?

Please make sure to put your office postcode on the application form, not your home address. Please re-apply with the correct details.


I am a local resident but I have been rejected. Why?

If you have included your home postcode and have been rejected, it is likely that you sit outside of the qualifying area for the Privilege Card.


Please can you send my Privilege Card to me via post?

We do not send Privilege Cards via post. They will need to be collected from 23 Queen Anne St, London, W1G 9DL from 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.


How do I download my digital pass?

Click the link provided in your acceptance email to download to your Apple or Google Wallet. Please email privilegecard@marylebonevillage.com if you have any issues.
