The Marylebone Summer Sour of 108 Brasserie

To commemorate this years Marylebone Summer Festival, 108 Brasserie shared the recipe of a special cocktail.

50ml 108 Gin infused overnight with Earl Grey Tea
25ml @italicusrdb Liqueur
25ml Lemon Juice
10ml Elderflower Cordial
1x Egg White


Shake all ingredients vigorously, first without ice (dry), then again with ice (wet). Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with loose leaf Earl Grey Tea.

Floral, zingy, smooth. Truly delicious... now we need the sunshine back! Cheers!
