A Day On The Lane: Charity Partner

We were delighted to share that Marylebone Village supported the Young Westminster Foundation at A Day On The Lane, which took place on Saturday 13 September from 10am – 4pm.  

Young Westminster Foundation works to create brighter futures for children and young people in Westminster - a borough with one of the widest wealth gaps in London, where 1 in 3 young people grow up in poverty. The charity provides vital support to youth and children’s organisations through funding, training, and networking, while building partnerships across business, community, culture, health, and local government. Their 100+ members range from major youth clubs to grassroots and specialist groups, including those supporting young carers and promoting mental health and wellbeing.

Throughout the event there was a range of activities for all ages in full swing with 100% of all proceeds donated to Young Westminster Foundation. Highlights included flower arranging, pot painting, and a prize draw from a host of Marylebone Village brands.

Visitors also had the chance to check out how they could win a goodie bag worth over £300.
