Michael Cook Exhibition at Aēsop
Wednesday 14 – Sunday 25 October

To mark the launch of the first ever Aēsop Gallery, Aesop is showing four photographs by Indigenous Australian artist Michael Cook in its Marylebone High Street store during Frieze week and beyond. Of Bidjara heritage, Cook creates meticulously staged, atmospheric images that look again at history, identity and belonging with a bold, thought-provoking perspective. His work also features in Rising Voices at the V&A South Kensington, which Aēsop is supporting – an exhibition of 40 pioneering artists from 25 countries across Asia, Australia and the Pacific, many showing in the UK for the first time. The display reflects Aēsop's long-standing commitment, dating back to its Australian roots, to championing artists whose voices have historically been underrepresented. KOIBIRD x Danny Sangra
From Tuesday 13 October

Marylebone Lane concept store KOIBIRD has teamed up with London artist and filmmaker Danny Sangra on a limited-edition capsule of four slogan t-shirts, because, as the store puts it, our digital personalities need outfits too. Reviving the 90s slogan tee with a tongue-in-cheek twist, each design pairs Sangra's loose, hand-drawn illustrations with a gently self-mocking label for modern online life: Doomscroller, Askhole, Ghoster and Influencer. Sangra, whose collaborators range from The Beatles and Hermès to Burberry and Uniqlo, brings his offbeat humour to a collection made for anyone who doesn't take themselves too seriously. Derek Rose Celebrates 100 Years
From Monday 19 October

Marylebone High Street's Derek Rose marks a century of craftsmanship with One Hundred Years. One Collection., a centenary capsule for men, women and children. Since 1926, three generations of the Rose family have obsessed over fabric, cut and finish and how each piece feels against the skin, and the new collection celebrates that devotion to comfort. A rose motif from the Derek Rose archive returns for the occasion, woven into Verona silk jacquard for the first time and used on a women's gown, a men's smoking jacket and an eye mask. The handmade, silk-lined Duke cashmere gown now comes in a classic check for the first time. There are also cable-knit cardigans and sweaters, cashmere trousers, and pyjamas in brushed cotton, cotton cashmere and silk, with moccasin slippers to match and Kelburn brushed cotton pyjamas for children.
